Hostile Vagrant

CRESTLINE, CA. 02/14/2019 A hostile vagrant was captured causing a ruckus as he traveled up Lake Drive in Crestline, California around 6:45 pm this evening.. He made everyone in his path well aware as he traveled down the road including motorist that he was not having a good day. The vagrant was seen throwing objects into the roadway including construction signs. And as he passed by the Crestline Cafe. He was noticed taunting customers inside through the pane windows. But, no one inside seemed to notice the destruction about to come as he went as far to kick in the quarter panel of a vehicle parked along side of the road way. I did go into the restaurant to let the owner to the damaged vehicle know what happened. Closing with a final note. Be careful out there and never under estimate bad weather.
